How Do I Return My Order?

You have 14 days from the purchase date to return your item(s).

We are not responsible for returns until they reach our supplier. Please ensure your items are packed properly and safely so they are not lost or damaged on their trip back. Please also keep your proof of postage and email us with the associated tracking number. Please take clear photos of the item(s) and include them in your email prior to shipping them so we have an idea of the condition they will be returning in. Without proof of receipt AND delivery, we are not able to issue a refund for your returns. You will pay for any shipping costs necessary to return the item.

Once your return is received, it will go through an inspection process to ensure it is in its original condition. Any items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have any original tags still attached. Items must also be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, or any other signs of wear. Upon inspection approval, we will process a refund. In the event that your items do not pass inspection, you will be notified and will have the option to pay for a shipping label to get your items back. You will have 48 hours to choose this option. If you do not choose this option, your items will be discarded without compensation.

Please allow up to 10 business days after your return has arrived for it to be inspected and for your refund to be processed. If the refund fails for any reason (expired card, cancelled card, etc), we are not responsible for getting the monies back to you at that point.

What Items Are Eligible for Returns/Exchanges?

Digital items (ebooks, art, documents, audio, etc) are not eligible for a refund. Any items that are purchased with a discount code, whether digital or not, are not eligible for a refund. Upon a successful return inspection, you will be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable. Free gifts, complimentary promotional items, and any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned. If the refund fails for any reason (expired card, cancelled card, etc), we are not responsible for getting the monies back to you at that point.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, you will receive an email notifying you of the updated status. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return once it has arrived at our supplier and passes inspection. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns at this time. Refunds can only go back to the payment method that was originally used to make the purchase. If the refund fails for any reason (expired card, cancelled card, etc), we are not responsible for getting the monies back to you at that point.

What If My Order Is Missing An Item?

In the rare event that your package is missing an item, please email us immediately upon receiving your order so we can take care of you quickly. You will have 7 days from the date of purchase to notify us. After that, we are unable to provide a solution.

Returning Item(s)

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. You should send the item(s) to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
